Welcome to Queenance (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Queenance website, Queenance Library, and all membership content.

By starting a free trial, creating an account, or becoming a member, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Access

  • Queenance is a monthly recurring membership priced at 333 SEK per month.

  • The membership gives you access to 23+ video-based courses on personal development, business building, leadership, social media growth, financial independence, manifestation, and more.

  • All content is online only. Downloading or copying content is not allowed.

2. Free Trial

  • Queenance offers a 3-day free trial for new users.

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial through your account dashboard.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the monthly fee will be automatically charged.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • By joining, you allow us to charge your card every month automatically until you cancel.

  • All prices are listed in SEK.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

  • After your free trial ends and you are charged, no refunds are provided for that billing period.

  • This applies even if you did not use the platform after payment.

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your membership anytime from your account dashboard.

  • When you cancel, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

  • After cancellation, you will not be charged again.

5. Account Rules

By using Queenance, you agree to:

  • Not share your login details with others

  • Not copy, download, or redistribute course content

  • Not use Queenance for illegal or harmful activities

  • Keep your payment method updated

If we detect misuse, we may suspend or terminate your account.

6. Age Requirement

You must be 16 years or older to use Queenance.

7. Results Disclaimer

All courses are for education only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Business outcomes

  • Financial results

  • Social media growth

  • Any specific transformation

Your success depends on your own work and actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All videos, lessons, graphics, documents, and other materials inside Queenance are owned by Queenance.

You may not:

  • Record the screen

  • Share content publicly

  • Use our materials to create competing products

9. Changes to Membership or Terms

We may update the courses, membership features, or these Terms at any time. We will notify you if major changes occur.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law and EU regulations.
